About me
20+ years in the business, going through all kinds of experiences and collecting countless battle scars in the business, I founded my company 16 years ago, sold it, moved to the tech space, and worked as a consultant, in sales, on big and smaller projects, witnessed some great leaders of the industry and some really bad ones, gained knowledge about how to set up revenue teams to succeed and what the challenges are. This blog culminates those 20 years of knowledge, experience, and stories.

A father of two fabulous Girls and a Husband to a fantastic wife.
Big fan of Sports, especially Basketball, which I still play today, and American Football. Fantasy Leagues will be my downfall at one point 🙂
I am a passionate learner, from BBQ smoking (Texas style) to Lego Serious Play to car detailing. I learn various skills to level out my professional life.
During winter time, you will find me on ski slopes of Switzerland and Summer time I like to spend my time at Lake Zurich with family and friends.
